I've used Dr. Braat for a little over 2 years now, a great ENT doctor - wouldn't bring myself, or my children, anywhere else. So fortunate to have someone this close to home that is so caring and helpful. Each time I've gone to the office the staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

Stay away from this guy. At best, he is condescending, pretentious, self-centered and unpleasant. A small example: 45 minute wait time in a non-emergency office (double booking patients?). Not even an attempt at some kind of an apology from Braat; instead, when asked who ran his practice, Braat's raised voice response was: "you're a smart man, figure it out yourself" -- a very poor imitation of TV's Dr. House. I left. Don't waste your time with this guy. Find someone who is a real professional in all respects and at least understands that doctors are there to serve patients, not the other way around. There are plenty of good ENT specialists out there who truly care about their patients.

I went to ENT Allergy Associates to get a second opinion on my chronic sinusitis. Having been treated for more than a year by another ENT doctor who was advising sinus surgery, I wanted to be sure that surgery was truly necessary. Dr. Braat diagnosed and treated my sinus issue (Nasal Polyps) in one visit and said surgery was not necessary. The amazing thing about this practice is the efficiency, punctuality and effectiveness of treatment. This is due to a very knowledgeable and caring staff. I am truly glad I found this practice and highly recommend them.
