My aunt was admitted to the hospital with a fatal condition and we BEGGED her staff for just one phone call from Dr. Drourr. But she was on vacation and we could not get five minutes with her on the phone. My aunt miraculously survived at Type A Aortic Dissection (same malady that killed John Ritter). She is 94 years old and not a candidate for surgery. She needs in home care but was denied because the agency believes she needs hospice. My aunt does not want hospice because she thinks they will kill her with morphine. I called Dr Dourr's office BEGGING and in a PANIC to get Dr Dourr to spend five minutes on the phone to explain why the hospice care might work for her and that there are levels of care that don't include narcotics. Instead, her office staff called my aunt directly and gave her a phone number to a private care agency that her insurance won't cover. Today, I have to go back to California to my family, we still have not gotten a call from Dr. Dourr ( just five minutes is all we wanted) and my 94 year old aunt will be at home with no care and a fatal condition. If this is top-notch concierge service, I'd hate to see what happens to you without it. Honestly, it's been nine days since she was admitted to the hospital and we can't get one five minute call. My aunt is devastated that she hasn't heard from her.

Always helpful and informative. Lost 65 and haven't seen any of it return. I've done this several times other places and always have issues gaining back the weight. Hasn't happenend. Everyone always very helpful. Always punctual. All material is up to date and I'm always learning new things about weight loss and maintaining. High recommend.

What I value most about Dr. Drourrs Medical Weight Loss program is the ability to have a diet plan customized towards my needs and lifestyle. I was hesitant to try the program for the fear of being placed on a diet which contained pre packaged food, but after calling the office and learning more about the program, I found out that they could customize a diet plan to fit my goals AND I could continue to shop at the grocery store for fresh food!! I am so happy that I joined the program and I will continue to attend my monthly maintenance visits to keep off the 32 pounds that I was unable to lose on my own after pregnancy!

I am so thankful for Dr. Drourr and her staff. I have battled my weight for years and never been able to stick to any diet that I started. With Dr. Drourr's program I do not feel that I am on a "diet." I am eating healthy and feel that this is a way of life for me now. I have lost 50 pounds and kept it off for over a year- something I could never have done on my own. I highly recommend Dr. Drourr and her staff.

Lost 64 pounds thru her medical weight loss program- not sure what this unhappy person is talking about. Office staff is wonderful and caring, most importantly they diagnosed me with sleep apnea( my internist did not pick this up). This place is top notch and I recommend it to anybody who is serious about losing weight and getting healthy.

I went to Dr. Drourr for weight loss. Worst experience ever, and her office staff sux!!! Beware the overpriced boxed "food" they will try to sell you in their pantry. Did not lose weight. She and staff pray on emotions of the vulnerability of the obese.

I have been a patient of Dr.Drourr for over 10 years, I have never been unhappy over the care I have received.She listens to her patients which is something many physicians don't do. She is concerned and caring and there with support and guidance during difficult times. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and don't think it would have been found if it hadn't been for her thorough exam.I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
