I had the same experience as the previous rater. Walked in, moved my hand around, turned to the PA, said "that's arthritis" and walked out. She gave me cream and sent me away. I tried to ask questions and she acted like I was bothering her.

Said nothing was wrong with knee, no help at all. Sent home with no tests being done and no medication. Was very rude when I asked questions and condescending.
