Dr. Hall and staff are great! Everyone made sure we understood everything. Would recommend Dr. Hall to anyone.

Visit date May 2015. Appointment time came and went. 20 min (approx) after appointment time was called back to see the doctor- or so I thought. I was given a "comprehensive audiometry threshold" test and a "tympanometry" test PRIOR to seeing a doctor. Fifteen minutes later I was back in the waiting room. Another hour would pass before I asked the billing personnel when I might see a doctor. No help. After an additional half hour passed, I left the facility having never seen a doctor. My entire morning was wasted. I was assured prior to leaving there would be no invoice. That turned out not to be true. We did receive an invoice and then threatened with collection activity if it wasn't paid. I rated Dr. Hall's knowledge level three stars out of a sense of fairness. I actually have NO IDEA as to his professional knowledge level because he didn't see me. Ohio ENT couldn't get me in to see the doctor, but they sure could get me in to a hearing booth and get a bill out RIGHT AWAY. Be careful there.

Dr. Hall is very personable. He took the time to truly understand my problem and provided excellent treatment! Highly recommend!

Doctor Hall was brisk, not interested in answering my questions. On a follow-up call, his manner was even worse. I saw another doctor in the practice who was SO much better - more thorough and took his time.

The outcomeof my surgery was beyond better than expected. Especially since my case was worst than average. Dr. Hall was very good and thourough. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hall has the best bedside manner I have seen in a Dr to date. He deals well with Kids as well as adults. I would recommend him to family and friends alike
