Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Dr. Scruggs did my eye surgery. After checking around, I heard from a few other eye doctors that she was the best in the state (maybe the Southeast) at her specialty (ocluoplastics?). She did not disappoint! She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me all the information about the surgery. She was always on time and followed-up multiple times. The surgery turned out great and I don't even have a scar. I would recommend her to anyone.
