I have never had to wait more than ten to twenty minutes to get in to see the doctor. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Doctor has a great personality. he is also a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with foot issues.

Shaffer rum Hello my name is Lydia Diego I have been a patient of Dr. Benjamin Shaffer for 3 and half years now he is the most compassionate and caring Doctor I have ever been to he takes time to hear your concerns and explains everything that is going on with you even prints literature for you about your problem..I have severe Neuropathy in my feet and legs I have fallen broken 3 ribs ad my right foot in 3 places about 1 month agi I fell down 7 stairs at my home and fractured my coccyx sacrum and T1 and T2 my primary care doctor ordered a M.R.I. and that is how I found out this info it just so happened I got a written report and I also found out I have a thyroid cyst nodule my primary care doctor didn't explain all this to me he did get me into a orthopedic doctor and thank god I had a appointment to see a few days later and I took my report to him he took his time and went over it all with me because I have to say I was scared I can not say Thank You enough to you and last but not least he worked with my Pain Management Doctor to get me approved for the Spinal Cord Stimulator..If anyone who lives in Louisville and you need a Podiatrist call him!!!He is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever been to and I am 53 years old..Also his staff is always so kind greet you with a smile and remember your name I wish I could remember all the names but I do remember Cindy his office Manager she also helped me with my insurance...Thank You all for the Great Care you have given me..Lydia J Diego
