false billing for procedures he has not performed. this is all at par for this criminal. all the doctors here do this one of the worse medical centers in the country for this . this is all backed up by a criminal legislature, people who act as though they are above the law. Strictly speaking he should be behind bars. Avoid this criminal and medical center like the plague.
