My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth out this summer. Dr Benson didn't return our phone call when she started getting stomach upset from the pain medication he prescribed. She ended up puking so much she passed out, landed on her face and we took her to the ER. There they gave her anti-nausea drugs and we were stuck with a bill to the hospital and ER doctor. If Dr. Benson would have just returned our call we might have got her switched to a different pain med and she may have not ended up passing out. After her ER visit her pain didn't subside like a normal wisdom tooth extraction. We called again before her 1 week visit, the staff said it's normal to have pain and wait for our 1 week check up. We brought it up again at her 1 week check up, he said the pain can last for up to 2 weeks. The next day in total frustration I took her to a chiropractor. The awesome chiropractor listened and took x-rays (which I specifically asked Dr. Benson to do at her 1 week appointment but he refused) and found because of the fall she had a mis-alignment of her C1 & C2 vertebrae. After just 1 appointment with the chiropractor her pain went from a 9 to a 1. The misalignment was fixed and she is her happy self again no thanks to Dr. Benson or his staff.

I had seen Dr. Benson for a consultation a few months ago for my wisdom teeth that keep getting infected. We were trying to get pregnant for so long and i disnt want this procedure to mess with my fertility and the meds i was taking. the doctor and staff were so caring and conscious of my situation. i was impressed with him and his staff but was too nervous to go through with it. A few months later I decided to have just the two bugging wisdom teeth out while awake. It was so fast and they were so nice! Dr. Benson will see me again for the other wisdom teeth but not for a while! ;-) they even wished us luck on getting pregnant and truly cared! Would highly recomend this place!!
