Dr Witt is a very average to poor doctor. She makes you take unnecessary tests or diagnoses you with rubbish issues. And for some weird reason she recommends acupuncture constantly. The office also tends to nickel and dime their patients, making them come into to pick up reports even if nothing is wrong with the patient. Typically, doctors are happy to let you know over the phone if nothing is indeed wrong with you. I havent been to her in 3 years and dont miss her at all.

Dr. Witt is the WORST! She was the rudest most uncomfortable doctor I have ever been to. She harrassed me about a medicine that I have been taking for over 3 years. She made me feel like I was a loser for being on that medicine. I was forced to see her because my normal doctor was out on maternity. No clue why this woman thinks it's okay to be as nasty to patients as she is. I was horrified. DO NOT SEE DR. WITT. Go to the hospital before you see this nightmare doctor.

I went to Dr. Witt from a recommendation by a friend so I was shocked when I went in and had a horrible experience. She talked negatively to me about the patient that had been in before me which is totally unprofessional. She was rude to me and then wouldn't give me results over the phone to tell me my blood test didn't find anything. So I had to go in for a 2nd visit any pay for 30 seconds of her time and absolutely no reason to be there. Waste of space.

I have not been to a doctor who was so clearly annoyed at answering questions as Dr. Witt. At one point Witt gave a "Can you believe this?" look to the resident who accompanied her. One person commented below that patients who have trouble with Dr. Witt may be those who want to deal with multiple medical problems in one visit. This may be the case, but there is still a problem. It is natural that some patients will want to spend more time with doctors, just as it is natural for any customer or client to try to get more from a service provider. Agreeable, socially skilled service providers handle these issues with finesse. Not every MD gets these complaints. So you can come to 1 of 2 conclusions: either (1) people who see Dr. Witt are tend to be particularly inquisitive and assertive, or (2) Witt appears not to have the social skills or patience necessary to deal with these issues with finesse on a consistent basis. Dr. Witt may be a good doctor, but don't expect bedside manner.

my first visit at this office was absolutely HORRIFIC!!! dr witt is rude and i would never reccomend to anyone. she just seemed too overwelmed . on the other hand staff was very helpful and showed more empathy than her. I would never visit Dr. Witt again, however my husband is a patient of Dr. Ali and he loves her.I will be following up with her at the same office.

I absolutely lover her for my aging parent. She also treated my mother, who unfortunately passed away in October, but she was always caring, took lots of time, and did give me consults over the phone becuase she knew (and often told me that she knew) how hard it was to bring my parents in for visits. She may walk around without her shoes, but I am not going to her for her fashion sense. She genuinely cared for both my parents, continus to care for my 91 year old father, and she will until he joins my mother. If she's running late, which most doctors do, it's probably because she spent more time explaining something to another patient. I absolutely love the care she has given my parents, and the concern she has shown to both them and me. I would highly rcommend. If you are looking for a snooty doctor, she is not for you. She is frank and down to earth, which I happen to like. She has never been rude to us. A++++

I have to agree with the comments made about Dr. Witt. I did not feel comfortable with her. I have a fused spine (12 vert) and she asked if she could show a student doctor. I was fine with that since it is a teaching office but i felt like i was on display. Also Dr. Witt has a tendency to make comments when you are trying to explain your situation. I chose not to go back to her but I did see another doctor in the office and haven't had any issues with them.

Dr. Witt was always able to answer my questions but was ALWAYS at least 30 minutes behind schedule. She also forces you to come in for test results (negative or positive) even if your schedule does not allow time to do that refusing to give results over the phone. Her friendliness is inconsistent and she told me on three different visits how tired and cranky she was with tons of attitude. She lacks professionalism (wandering around without shoes and giving rude looks when you are explaining your symptoms). She appears to know her stuff but if you live a busy life and are unable to wait in the waiting room/come back for tons of follow up appointments because she is unwilling to do more than one thing at a time, you may want to look elsewhere. She is GREAT with giving shots...never had any pain when she administered mine!

There are A LOT of negative reviews regarding Dr. Witt on this site. I have been a patient of Dr. Witt's for a while and she is also a former colleague. She is one of the most knowledgeable & caring physicians that I have ever met. She genuinely cares for the health & welfare of all of her patients, and she is thorough & attentive. She takes the time to listen & is interested in other aspects of her patients' lives, not only medical history. Patients who complain about doctors like Dr. Witt are usually folks who think that they require some sort of "special treatment", like taking care of an abundance of medical problems in one visit or combining a physical with a routine gynecologic exam. Doctors are not given an hour to see you & must see a certain number of patients a day for the practice to make money. That's reality. Before you decide not to see Dr. Witt based on these negative comments, see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I've been seeing Dr Witt for years and am happy with her. Sometimes, the office is chaotic and she’s being pulled in several different directions and doesn't have a lot of time to chat. However, I always get the medical attention and advice I need and I firmly believe she is a knowledgeable clinician with my best interests at heart.
