Dr Frazier and her staff are amazing! I have taken my kids there for fourteen years. I had a difficult child and Dr. Frazier was great with her. She knew exactly what to say to clam my daughter. After a couple visits, my daughter looked forward to going to Dr. Frazier's office.

Dr Frazier's office is the friendliest I have found. They send me a text reminder about my appointments and that is extremely helpful with my busy schedule. Dr. Frazier has always been very comforting to my two children and because of this, they have always enjoyed going for dental visits. I only wish going to the pediatrician was the same experience. After each visit, Dr. Frazier and her staff make sure I understand all findings and future work that will be needed. Overall, going to Dr. Frazier's office has always been a delightful experience.

I have been taking my children to Dr. Frazier for years. She is so good with the kids and really knows how to relate to children of all ages. My kids love Dr. Frazier so much they look forward to going to the dentist. She is very honest and is always looking out for what is best for the children. The thing that sets her apart from all of the other dentist is that she ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Huntsville is so fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor in our community.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My 2 year old son chipped his tooth and I made an appointment with Dr. Frazier. First red flag... (even based on info from the American Academy of Pediatrics) they would not care or treat my son if I insisted on accompanying him during the appointment. Well I didn't know what else to do so I surrendered and let him go back without me. I regret this decision and should have stuck with my gut feeling. After he was "treated" I was allowed back and noticed a papoose board which he must have been strapped down on due to the lines left indented in his arms and legs... not to mention he had vommitted and was crying so uncontrollably it took him a full hour to calm down. He was in a room off to the side with a locking door. I never gave my consent for this. He is petrified of even the mention of a dentist now. I take my other kids to Dr. Roche and I am allowed back and my kids love him. Please spare the anxiety and take your kids anywhere else.

I would highly recomeend this office. I have two sons and they see Dr. Frazier. They love her so much. She is very knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions as is her staff. The staff is very good to my boys and I have never had a problem in the billing department.

I would strongly urge anyone who visits this office to do their research, if possible before you go in as to what insurance will pay. But definitely keep copies of your billing statements and your dental insurance statements and compare the two. I don't know if Dr. Frazier is aware of the unethical things going on in billing or not, she seems like a great doctor, but just beware of the billing. We will not be going back.
