Don’t take your baby to her!! After 3 months of ear infections, we were referred to ENT specialists of Brighton where we were seen by Christine. After acting like our pediatrician didn’t know what she was talking about by saying she still had a double ear infection, she looked and confirmed our ped was correct. She told us we should get tubes (as we were already aware) but that it would be safer for us to go to U of M/Mott’s due to anesthesia and her inability to perform the procedure safely. This lady should not be taking pediatric patients if she cannot perform the care needed and only prolonging the time my baby is in pain with a double ear infection. I didn’t understand half of the things she was trying to say because it was not relevant or she went on tangents that were so scattered it was confusing to follow. All in all awful experience and I hope no parent has to go through what I went through today.

My PCP recommended Dr. Lepoudre. I thought her name sounded familiar - and then I saw the review that she called someone "a baby." I had the exact same experience 12 years ago! She talked down to me and was very disrespectful.

Worst expriance i've ever had, not only did i get called a baby by the doctor repeated time and the worst patient ever, i was also told that what other doctors have told me was very wrong. She didn't care at all when i felt uncomfortable or in pain, just told me continuous that it doesnt hurt and 5 year olds have this done.
The wait was over and hour and half for this experience and nothing even came of it. It was overall horrible.
Though the staff was all very kind and friendly it was just Dr. Lepoudre.

Waited 3 hours for my 1 year old son to have tubes in his ears in outpatient surgery. An “emergency” case of a grown man was taken ahead of my son whom hadn’t eaten or drank since the night prior. A true emergency should of went to the er. A child doesn’t understand why they cannot eat or drink. Unnecessary and I feel I was treated poorly due to being Medicaid.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I felt completely confident after meeting her that I was in very capable hands for care and surgery. Before during and after the surgery all my questions were answered and she is very, very good at what she does. I never have good luck with doctors; Dr. LePoudre was a miracle for me. Thank you!!

I was very happy with Dr. Lepoudre. She was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her. She preformed my tonsillectomy and the whole procedure was very quick and I have minimal pain. Skillful and professional.

It's apparent that bedside manner wasn't taught to this "doctor" or she didn't get the memo. The room we were seen in was dirty (literally had dirt all over the place). When we ask to be moved she made a comment about how the previous patient was a "grown man who should've known better" than to come to the office with his work boots on. It's completely unprofessional to talk negatively of past patients. Two minutes into the conversation about my son's chronic ear infections she provides her "parenting advice" about why I shouldn't feel guilty for having my kid in daycare and how I should "throw my son's pacifiers out the window". The result of our appt. was me walking out after she insisted that three different doctors must not have dosed my child correctly with antibiotics and that he didn't meet the criteria for tubes (which is 6 ear infections in 12 months) or according to them 4. To which my son had 7 ear infections. This "doctor" is a disgrace to the medical profession!!!
