I had to switch optometrists due to insurance. I will not be going back to Dr. Rosenfeld.. My previous optometrist gave me a yearly exam and I walked out with a script for glasses and contacts, from the same exam. I use both . Dr Rosenfeld would only give a script for contacts if I paid another $200! I was told that they had to be 'fitted'. " I already had the eye exam, I've been wearing the same contacts for years, I just need you to write it on a piece of paper so that I can order contacts." $200 in addition to what he's getting paid from my insurance company for my 'glasses' exam. I guess this is just how they do business but not a doctor that I want to have. I had to give him only one star for knowledge because maybe he doesn't know that this is unethical.

The doctor gave a good exam he is polite but not friendly ,the staff is not polite and not at all friendly also very expensive if you have no insurance

Jean who answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful..they lost a customer over her bad attitude!!

The gentleman staff that fits the glasses does a rush job. He worked at another eye clinic and I remembered h from there.

Dr. Rosenfeld was very thorough and explained all options carefully. His staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend him.

I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. LITTLE IF ANY WAIT. ALWAYS HELPFUL IN PICKING OUT THE BEST SHAPED FRAMES FOR MY FACE-WITH MY HAIR UP AND DOWN! I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ON MY GLASSES. ALL OF THE STAFF IS NICE. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T DIALATE YOUR EYES TO LOOK INSIDE; THEREFORE, A PAIN FREE VISIT EVERYTIME. MY GENDER IS FEMALE, I AM UNDER SOMEONE ELSES SIGN ON I GUESS.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfeld for over 6 years and are extremely pleased with him and his staff. He is very efficient and friendly and goes out of his way to provide great service. Also, he provides free six month check ups to ensure you are doing ok. I highly reccommend him!

They would not stand behind their products or help in any way when my MArchon framse broke after 15 months of excellent care by me. I even got Marchon to intervene to work out a deal t oreplace but no dice.
