I saw Dr. Valancius in the Lehigh Valley Hospital ER. He was very competant, unhurried, and kind. He treated me as a person, not a just the patient in room 38. He was willing to listen to me and assess my needs from the standpoint of personal care rather than simply protocol. I received excellent care. I hope that in the future it will be possible to see him for office appointments.
