My mom was a patient of Dr. Raimondo for at least 5 years. When she started seeing him she had COPD which is why I had her at his office every month staying on top of her problems due to the COPD.

Basically my mom was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia and wasn't getting better. 2 weeks into her stay at the hospital we were told that she had stage 4 lung cancer. WE were blown out of the water seeing how she was seen by Raimondo every month. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend him at all. I wouldn't bring my pet dog to him if he was last one available.

I have been going to Dr ThomasRaimondo for over 20 years trying to get thought to make appointments for get it because no one answers the phone, not a good idea. Dr.Thomas Raimondo is a great Dr .

All I can say is that my appointment was at 5 o'clock and I was leaving his office at 10 o'clock at night. You might not believe this but, the people who have been to this office know that I am telling the truth. There is absolutely no need for this.

THE STAFF IS THE WORST I EVER SEEN, HOWEVER THE DOCTOR IS FULLY AWARE AND APARENTLY DONT CARE. HES JUST TO POPULAR. ELDERLY PEOPLE SIT FOR HOURS WAITING TO SEE HIM.

He is the most wonderful doctor. He actually saved my life! However, his office staff is awful! I have been trying to see the doctor for almost a week and the response from his receptionist was that if I was really feeling that badly, that I could go to the emergency room at Kent, after 11PM and they would call him in to see me there. I had to drive to the office and leave await ten message on her desk to get her to even call me back at all! Why such a great doctor has such a terrible disrespectful staff is beyond me!

Thomas Raimondo is wonderful and so is the staff except when it comes to returning phone calls, they just don't!! I am a patient and have called 3 times to set up an appointment still waiting. Once I had to call over 10 times because I was very sick but had to go to the ER because I never got a return phone call.

The staff is horrible. Rude. Do not return calls. Treats patients like they are ignorant fools. Have no idea why such a seemingly good doctor would hire and keep office personnel like this. Wait time to see doc can be up to four hours. Absolutely have never seen anything like it.

Doesn't return phone calls from patients, pharmacies, etc. Staff are disrespectful, 'too busy' to give you test results or otherwise do their jobs. Should not be working with people, especially sick people.
