There are very few times in our lives that it is clear that we are in the right place in the right time. When I started working with Dr. Bloom, I was broken and falling apart. I had no idea what it meant to have a relationship. I had never been with someone - family, friend or professional, who LISTENED to me. It was through my work with Dr. Bloom, that I learned what happened when someone listened to my concerns, responded to my fears and talked me through very difficult memories and current situations. Dr. Bloom demonstrated to me the power of care and support. He taught me about myself and my lifelong journey that got me to the place I was currently. He taught me how to spot difficult situations that made me 'powerless' and now how to cope with those situations. I have become a solid person who can cope with 'most' of life's situations now. I give thanks everyday that Dr. Bloom took me on as a patient and worked with me to actually HEAL me. Thank you Dr. Bloom.
