The absolute best in the entire area. I walked in with a few rotten teeth. Walked out with full implants. Great Staff, Great Assistants and Great Doctor. I feel like a new human being.

Entire staff from receptionist to doctor felts himself are excellent. Very professional, competent and caring. ! had not seen a dentist in several years and needed major work to getup to speed and they have given me the best care i could have gotten.

The WORST healthcare experience I have ever endured. The billing agent estimated the cost of my extraction to require $1400.00 out of pocket. I was required to bring this amount the day of procedure, which I did and payed in full. I never spoke to the Dr. Felts and never received a follow up post op. I then received a bill for an ADDITIONAL $984.00. I called the office, they were confused and acknowledged the EOB amount THEY quoted and the "$1400.00" figure. She then called back and said that insurance was "tricky" and not "exact" and could I pay the additional +/- 1k immediately ??? We settled on a $168.00 a month plan (they calculated this figure) which was payed each month on time. Then......insult to injury the billing office calls me to demand $5.46 to clear my balance, I just laughed and payed it. I will never set foot in Dr. Felt's office again, nor will my family or anyone I know. He is a common crook and nothing more please stay away from his practice.

Dr. Felts and his entire staff have been professional, courtious, friendly and very helpful. He takes thge time to explain (in detail) the procedures which is very important to me. I am about half way through this implant procedure and so far am very impressed and pleased with the results. From the receptionist to the doctor I give a big Smiley Face.
