The Dr was great!!!! Her billing policy...not so much. I had no idea that they have not and do not bill secondary insurance. So for the past several years I have been paying out of pocket. While I was attempting to submit a claim to my own insurance (which is its own nightmare) I got a nasty letter in the mail from Dr. Hoffman saying it would be sent to collections. I paid it out of pocket. Sigh... I will not be returning to her for care. Too bad I liked her! But the billing...too much to handle!
