I went to Dr. Wolf for an eye exam he made me read the eye chart. He did not put me on the machine with different lenses to determine what was the clearest one. I was in there about 10 minutes and he gave me a perscription. I had my glasses made with the new perscription. The perscription was wrong and made me dizzy and not see clear . I called his office and told him the glasses weren't right. So he told me to go to the people that made th glasses to see if they made them right. And they did make them right. Went back to Dr. Wolf's office to see if he gave me the right perscription and according to him he did. I had to go to another Dr. to get the right prescription. I will not go back to Dr. Wolf he charges over $200.00 to do basically nothing. Don't waste your money on him.

Dr. Wolf was the most kind, helpful, and knowledgeable eye doctor I’ve seen. He took care in spending extra time with me, addressing and listening to every little concern and question I had about my eyes. I cannot rave enough about my experience here. In addition to Dr. Wolf’s professional, friendly, and comforting demeanor, his staff was also. The receptionist was helpful and friendly, the Optician who helped me was also very patient, helpful, and honest, and the woman who performed the eye tests on me was very quick, efficient, and kind. If you’re thinking of switching your eye doctor, look no further! Thank you Dr. Wolf & staff.

The staff is rude and not friendly. They are not clear on services and charge you for unnecessary items like topography. The equipment is old and out of date in todays world. The exam is probably good but because of the leak stained ceilings and ageing surroundings, it feels like its out of date. When the "helper" doing the initial eye screening including the topography which she makes statements like that is good enough or i have tried my best, and fails to tell you that Insurance doesn't cover some of the items after the fact...I wont go there again. There are better more modern and cleaner places with the patients best interest at heart as opposed to what we can get paid from the insurance company.

Worst customer service ever. Hug up on when called and than when I called back was spoken to rudely. Made appointment somewhere else.
