Dr Tom Smallman saved my life 33 years ago, when unlike others, he very quickly diagnosed and treated a sarcoma in my arm. This doctor has no patience; does not follow through with what he states he will do, and then he just says "oh well." More interested in billing opportunities. Kept patient in pain waiting almost an hour. Be wary.
