Been our family physician for over 10 years since moving to the mansfield area and will stay with them... Even their physician assistant is great !

Ease of getting an appointment, and minimal wait time are huge pluses. The office, however, is VERY slow in approving refill meds. And suddenly I seem to be on a lot of them. I'm sure he's being cautious, but I'm tired of "having" to take so many!

Says he's accepting new patients. I asked him to give me a form to authorize him to get my medical records from my old doc and was told by his staff that i needed to make an appointment. Asked why in needed an appt before he could request my medical records was told that's our requirement. My wife is already a patient with him. And I met him when she had her appt. don't know why the fuss.Can't get anyone to listen to me there.
