Appt at 9 am. After waiting 30 minutes i asked was going on. Told no room available. After 45 minutes asked again and told doctor running late. After 70 minutes taken in and weighed and asked same question on form I filled out. Sr. Pfseier (sp.?) came in . Very nice. Apologized. Told me problem with servers though how this affected appointments beyond me. Finally Dr. Grant comes in after other doctor did the exam. I told him I was interviewing doctors. He fid not like that. He was incredibly rude made excuses for his tardiness and then proceeded to tell me I was very angry and I should know things happen. Incredibly condescending. Would not look at me when talking but rather my husband. Told me I would have to see a therapist. Man obviously gies on the offensive when criticized. Was signing prescriptions while standing next to me going over my MRI. Zero bedside manner. As soon as I said I dud not want surgical intervention Grant lost all interest and told me to stay with my current doctor. Office is a mill. Dr. Grant is rude unprofessional and insulting to his patients. If you have an opinion different from his or question what he says, watch outBaia del capitano- he will tell you that you have anger problems. Do not go to this doctor.

Let me begin by summarizing my encounter: This doctor was rude, impatient, and condescending beyond belief. The office is run like a county or charity hospital clinic from the 1900’s. I was shuffled from one non physician or physician extender to the next. They all asked the same questions having seemingly to have lost the papers from the previous interview. I was shuffled back and forth between a physician extender and the waiting room for more than an hour before seeing the physician. I finally was put into a bleak exam room with bare walls two rolling chairs and an exam table. Finally Dr Grant came in – now almost 1 ½ hours after my on-time arrival. He cut me off, interrupted me, glared at me, and generally his demeanor was angry, rushed, bored, impertinent, and hostile. I was in tears when I finally left the office. It was the worst experience with a doctor’s staff, office, and physician patient interaction that I have ever had.

Dr. Grant is always late, always.I never feel like he is really cares about me because he is running around a mile a minute. How can you get good care if you do not have enough time w/ your doctor. Scheduling is double booked. Never enough chairs in waiting room.

Dr Grant has been my doctor since 2006 and has helped me through this time in my life that has been the most difficult time since my lower back surgery in 2006. He has suggested other ways than painkillers to deal with my level of pain because I thought that was the only thing left. I have an implant that has helped me tremendously and even when times are really tuff Dr Grant keeps me in check and encourages me not to give up and keeps me going forward and holding down a steady job. Dr Grant has been there for me in this very difficult time, he is a wonderful person and doctor.
