She helped both me and my son when we thought nobody had any answers. My wife just started going to her for her and now her mom has an appointment to help with dementia. She's knowledgeable and approachable.

When you make an appointment, make sure you have nothing else to do that day because you will be there for 2-5 hours waiting for her. I feel so sorry for her staff who are dealing with the patients while she is late, then when she finally shows she is so rude and unprofessional to them.

I love Dr Mikey. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of different areas, which is very helpful because she can treat for more than one thing. She also really cares about her patient's well being. Yes she does need to work on her time management and not make patients wait but she is an afternoon Doctor. I have actually talked with her about having to wait and she was very nice about it. Overall don't believe all the reviews you read!

Very surprised that this doctor is still practicing. She is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to and is also quite strange (psychological problems?). She has never kept my appointment and office looks like a homeless shelter. Doesn't the AMA review bad doctors?

Unbelievable that this practice is still open. Wait is hours long. Dirty building. She isn't "all there", and I have heard some horror stories from other former patients.

Dr. Miley's PATIENTS DO NOT COME FIRST as they should according to the Physician's oath, which I presume she took. Her personal schedule comes first, therefore each and every visit turns into a waiting game of at least 2 hours and on several occasions 4, 5 or 6 hours wait BEFORE seeing her. She has been my doctor for over a year, and nearly every time I enter the waiting room it is filled with people who have been there waiting for the doctor to even arrive!

Appointments are scheduled starting at noon through 4:30 p.m. it is not unheard of to find yourself in the office as late as 8:00, 8:30 or 9 p.m. When questioned, the staff says the doctor chooses not to come in before noon. The truth is, more often than not she doesn't arrive any sooner than 1:30 or 2:00 p.m. to find a waiting room full of patients who have been there since the first scheduled appointment.

The doctor has never once looked into my ears, nose, throat or eyes nor does she carry a stethoscope to listen to my heart, longs or carotid arteries. Not one visit could pass as a routine check up or exam. Everything is done through verbal communication with this doctor as there is no "hands on" medical approach.

There is nothing clinical / sterile about the exam rooms as the furniture is household in nature and each chair or sofa is covered with crocheted or knitted blankets and throw pillows.

Dr. Miley, herself, is quite knowledgeable if you are lucky enough to have time to benefit from her knowledge. During these rushed appointments, be prepared to take notes as she will NOT PROVIDE SESSION NOTES nor ANY TYPE OF ADVICE in written form. When asked, several times, I was told I was free to take notes. Again, this is problematic because of the rapid tempo of the appointment. Because she is not affiliated with a Hospital nor does she have Hospital privileges, there is a severe shortage of any handouts, pamphlets and literature pertaining to any specific condition unless it is provided by a pharmaceutical company. This alone leaves a big gap with regards to the sharing of information and educating the patient and should not be dismissed as it turns into a significant issue when being diagnosed with a new illness and or disease.

The staff are as helpful as possible given the situation with the doctors upside down priorities. They do a good job of appeasing the patients / customers concerns and complaints, however this is the majority of their job and most of their stress is associated with issues brought on by the doctor.

Would highly recommend NOT seeing this Dr. Waited 2 1/2 , only to find out she wasn't there with no estimated time as to when she would arrive. Very shabby looking office.

She is often late but because she spends ample time with each patient, she helped me out a lot and I would still see her if I lived in the area

You will sit & wait up to 4 hours or more to see the Dr. even with an appt. But she's very nice. Mary, the receptionist hasn't a clue what she's doing!
