I was recomended to Dr. Ham by my brother who had Dr. Ham do cataract surgery on both of his eyes. Dr. Ham did surgery on both of my eyes with great results. He listens to all comments, doesn't make you feel rushed. Everyone in the office is friendly and answers all questions, Dr. Kopp is also great. I recomend them to everyone. Thanks Dr. Ham!

Great experience in getting cataracts removed. Dr. Ham listens, is skilled and took good care of my mother's vision issues. Patience is needed as office wait times can run long on some days.

Where do I start! If all you want is a eye test and glasses then go. This doctor caused my husband to loose his eyesight in one eye. My husband said letters on signs were collapsing when he read them. He lost a 1/4 of his sight in one eye. The doctor kept telling him it was cataracts. He never ordered a simple MRI to diagnose a pituitary tumor on the optic chiasm. Instead he performed cataract surgery and was stunned when my husband still couldn’t see. Still didn’t order an MRI. Sent us to a retinologist, who declared it wouldn’t get worst and there was nothing we could do. Eyesight started to go completely in one eye. We sought out a neuro-ophthalmologist , who ran tests, but knew what it was within the first ten minutes in the office. Told us eyesight was hanging on by a thread and got us in with Dr. White of St. Joseph ‘s. He was able to save one eye. A simple MRI early on could have saved his sight. We we warned about Dr. Ham when we first arrived in PV. Sorry we didn’t listen. By the way his office is an assembly. His staff actually argued with my husband after the cataract surgery when he finished his drops and needed to see the doctor because his eye still needed more antibiotics.

I would say Dr. Ham is the greatest , he has done both my eyes now and I have had great results with both my eye's, I can see great with out my reading glass's .

I don't know how Michael Ham gets 5 star ratings. He is not completely knowledgeable. I have an issue that he cannot treat and was told another doctor in Phoenix would be coming to Prescott and I would be called. I never received a call. I have seen him be extremely short tempered with his staff which I found annoying to say the least. I was recommended to him, however, I would not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent experience, Cataract surgery both eyes. This organization has there act together, The doctor obviously is an expert in his field, The entire staff is courteous, well organized and also experts within their job category. I will definitely recommend Dr. Ham's organization for future eye care.

I am really happy with Dr Ham and his staff they were very respectful and treated me very very nice. I had cataract surgery and was extremely happy with the results I only have to wear glasses for reading and have worn glasses since I was a child and am now retired. Dr Ham is my hero. I would recommend Dr Ham to anyone that has cataracts. Thank you Dr Ham so much.
