Terrible patient scheduling practice...waited one hour and twenty minutes and there were still two patients ahead of us. Staff did not apologize and said that that is just how he schedules his patients. Hmmmm....maybe his patients should get more respect from him. Would have been fine if it were an exceptional thing....but staff said that's standard. No thanks Dr. Becknell.
