Excellent Retinal Specialist - he is very busy but he takes time with his patients and knows what he is doing and is very skilled. He saved my vision- well worth the wait!

First visit, four hour wait. No explanation for multiple tests prior to seeing doctor. Very stressful, scary experience. Will not return. So many patients waiting,there were not enough chairs. Older patients had been waiting so long they could not get up unassisted. Unreal experience. Doctor may be qualified but practice management is so poor that I cannot imagine trusting my vision to Dr. Harriott's care. Several patients waiting commented some flavor of "all retina doctor's office are like this". I certainly hope this is not the case. Going to an alternate referral tomorrow. Anxious!
