If I could give this doctor a minus 10 I would... My experience with this doctor was unbelievable... I had to go to another doctor to fix his mistake...

The staff was very sweet and kind. The wait was ridiculous. He has a condescending idiotic Rude poor bedside manner learned about a his own crappy term for patients who are just trying to seek medical guidance. I was diagnosed w PBS “poor baby syndrome” I have multiple health problems and was shocked at this condescending douchenozzle. Do not waste your time or money going there. He also tried to get me to schedule a hearing test when that was not even a concern !! Ugh. Disgusting behavior.

I just want to say that I have been to this office about three times on different occasions, and it was due to a bad ear infection. This first and second time it went pretty well. The wait time for that first appointment was about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, a yr later I got another ear infection so I called and made an appointment. I told the receptionist that my ear was really bothering me and I couldn't hear much. Well, I had to wait two weeks to see the doctor. I asked if they had anything sooner but she said no so I said ok I'll wait. A few days after I made the appointment my ear began to get worse so I called to make an emergency appointment but the receptionist told me the they don't have emergency appointments so I had no choice but to wait. I know, I could of gone to another doctor but he already had my records so I decided to just wait. The day came along I got there on time, paid for my visit since I have no insurance and then sat down and waited to be called. Mind you I waited an hour and a half in the waiting room then when they finally called me in they put me in a room and had me there for another 15 minutes. When I got to see the doctor it only took him about 8 minutes to clean out my ear. He then prescribed some ear drops which he never called in the prescription and I had to wait another day for the pharmacy to call him. I do have to say that he does seem like a caring doctor but the wait was ridiculous. I also would like to add that his staff is not very pleasant.

Impossible to get in touch with. You are not allowed to speak with him and he is very unhelpful. Would not go again

He took a 20 minute phone call prior to seeing me and once he does this guy literally took a 3 second look at my tonsils and told me I was fine that they're not that bad. He went solely off of what I told him I experienced and prescribed me something after a 5 minute interaction. I have never been more annoyed and pissed off by a doctor.

He put in tube in my ear and caused major damage. He perforated one my eardrum during this procedure and never told me about it afterward. I sustained hearing loss and continue to have hearing loss. On my follow up visits after the procedure Dr. Lederich lied to me and tried to cover up his mistake by not telling me the truth (did not tell me that I have a perforated ear-drum). I found out about the perforated ear drum by getting a second opinion from another doctor who confirmed i have a big "hole" in my ear drum which explains my hearing loss. I would avoid this doctor at all costs because he is not trustworthy . I am thinking of filing a complaint with the medical board.
