The office is very orderly. The staff and the doctor are really on top of things. The doctor uses state-of-the-art equipment and thoroughly explains any images taken of your eyes. I would have given this office an excellent rating if it had not been for the high pressure sales pitch when selecting my lenses. The person helping me kept selecting the most expensive options without initially asking me my input. Standard options, including bifocals and extras like scratch resistance and UV coatings, are covered under my plan, but the lady helping me kept selecting premium options (such as premium bifocals) that I didn't need. When I couldn't find frames that I wanted and said that I would stick with my old frames, she kept pushing frames. Then, she undercharged me and ended up calling me at work to ask for my credit card number. Really?!?!? Couldn't they just send me a bill? It was like they were afraid they weren't going to get paid. Ran out of room; could say more.
