She's relaxed and straight-forward. She reminds me of Mrs Mccluskey from Desperate Housewives, so if you don't want that, you should go somewhere else. I want a doctor that acts like a real person. She had no trouble seeing me on short notice and got along well with my 2-year-old in getting shots for school.

Dr Brown where to start, last time I saw her about a year and a half ago, lets see she is very unprofessional, she wants everything her way,
she thinks shes got all the answers when in rrality she looks everything up in books. She is very rude to her staff even in front of patients and she opens and closes when she feels like it. Not exactly a Real Dr if u ask me

My kids had a lot of ear infections when we lived in CA and saw Dr. Brown. Dr. Brown and her staff were very helpful and friendly. She got us in asap and they always followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was alright a day or two later.

i have a full detail review of her on the vitals website, but overall she is very unprofessional. she's impossible to get ahold of, she has her 13-year-old sit in the exam room after she's picked him up from school, she wants to be in control, and is insensitive. i've seen her three times and this last time i left sobbing bc she expressed opposing opinions to another doctor i was seeing who i felt mostly confidant in. so i was upset and confused. she also never returned a call a made once and even acknowledged that she didn't and didn't apologize. she seems knowledgeable and acts like she cares, but it came across to me like she's just in it for the money. and as i said, she wants to be in control. the biggest deal, though, is that it's impossible to get ahold of the office even. the staff doesn't even promptly respond. you just usually have to leave a message on an answering machine.
