I thought he was very mean to me didnt want to answer my questions. Every word that come out of his mouth was putting me down and hurting my feelings. I have went to that office for over 30 yrs and was never treated that way by Dr. Frank Raymond. I will never go back

I absolutely love Hazelbaker. I've seen two other Obgyn's and he has been the best out of the three. The nurses here are wonderful as well and recognized me after my second or third visit. I am currently pregnant with my first child and he (and his staff) have been nothing but kind and informative, thoroughly explaining and answering all of my questions. I am very pleased with the treatment I receive and can't wait for him to deliver my baby!

In my opinion he's rude and not very friendly you'd think a doctor would talk more about your baby's progress but asking that of this doctor seems like a little to much, if you get the chance go to another doctor that is actually interested in his/her job

Dr. Hazelbaker is top notch. He can be very direct and too the point, but his compassion level is over the top. His knowledge is beyond anything I have ever encountered. Long story short, he probably saved my life with his quick thinking. The staff? Outstanding is the word that comes to mind. No one is perfect by any means, but they go out of thier way to accomodate when possible. I had to rate punctual as a 4...understandable....its a doctors office and babies don't wait and can interfere with a daily schedule :)

Clearly it is just a job for this one. Similar to the last note, I suggest seeing one of his female counterparts. He is pretty cut and dry and did not seem very interested in listening to my overall condition. My appointment was a routine visit the service level clearly felt like it.

I came in for abnormal bleeding, and he determined I was having a miscarriage...I was totally surprised to hear this, but he was very nice & understanding. Yes, he is younger than most docs I have seen, but I'm young myself, so I appreciated his relaxed "bedside manner." I wouldn't hesitate to make him my primary gynecologist and would definitely go back to see him vs any other dr if I experience issues in the future. He also gave me some useful life advice in regards to how I will approach any future decisions re: possible pregnancies later in life. Off topic, but he's a total cutie also (sorry, I know that is not very professional lol!)

Dr. Hazelbaker has been wonderful. He made my pregnancy and delivery a great experience and is very down to earth. As a physician he knows what he is doing and cares about the welfare of the patient. I highly recommend him to all who might need his care.

Dr. Hazelbaker is good, the staff is terrible. Yes, I understand, babies are born on their own schedules, but the office needs to plan accordingly- considering this is an everyday possibility. Also, I was made to wait too long during prenatal appts and then when it was my turn to deliver- I had to wait yet AGAIN, not a good time to be without your doctor!!!

Not very friendly and much prefer any of the other physicians in his office. He doesn't have a good bed side manner. My advice is see one of the other Drs there!!
