I love to go to this office Dr Ocampo is the most wonderful Dr she is so caring and knowledgeable.
The staff was very courteous and very helpful with the insurance information

Love Dr Ocampo, her receptionist is the most hateful, nasty person I have ever encountered. She should've been fired YEARS ago and it's a shame Ocampo puts up with her.

I really enjoy going to Dr. Ocampo. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although her receptionship is terrible. I scheduled my yearly PAP test and then had an emergency the week before so I called to make another appt. When I showed up the following week for my PAP, I waited in the waiting room for almost two hours before being taken back and then was told by the receptionist that I did not have an appointment and they "fit me in". I told her that I never canceled my appointment and she said, "oh I assumed since you came in last week that you were canceling you other appt." So because of her mistake I was treated unfairly. She needs to go.

Thought Dr Ocampo was great. However i thought the receptionist was a total ****!!! She was rude. I hated scheduling appointments because she was so rude every time. It was my first pregnancy and I was very sick. They wanted to have me drink an orange drink to check for diabetic reasonings. I simply asked if they had a different flavor because even when I was not pregnant orange drinks made me sick. She actually laughed at me and made fun of me for that. She didn't make me feel comfortable at all. I will go back to dr Ocampo because she is good but that receptionist needs to go. If you think of it you really don't have to deal with her for all that long. It's really the dr that you have to deal with the most. Maybe it will do some good for the receptionist to see these reviews.

I didn't even get the chance to see this doctor. I have heard many good things about her so this is why I chose her. However to call and make an appointment the receptionist was completely unprofessional. She wasn't helpful and was rude! She didn't even give me a chance to explain anything to her and she put me on hold. Not even thirty seconds later she hung up on me! How could such a great doctor have such crappy help?! I am completely disappointed by this and I will never be calling them again. I wish I knew the lady's name because from what I see on here she needs to lose her job. How on earth could you be so disrespectful to someone when your job consist of working the telephones and paperwork? Try working fast food lady and you would be fired in a heartbeat!

Victoria is great, kind and listens. The main issue I have with them is the receptionist. She is unprofessional and a bully. I have had two appointments cancelled on me within 4 months. The second time was due to an emergency, but come to find out the backup doctor could not see me because she had retired 3 months ago. Even though I worked with them on the scheduling they would not fit me in when I was available. Also another pet peeve, they do not except credit cards as a form of payment. They have a weird billing system where you have to sign a form stating that you will have the delivery paid for before the actual delivery. This did not seem to effect my insurance but it was very unusual. After all this went down I decided to leave the practice and paid $10 for my records. Upon looking through my forms the receptionist put unprofessional comments about the dispute I had with her for the second cancelation.

Has the Dr seen these comments? I sure hope the staff and receptionist issues have been taken care of. Im sure nothing will be lost to such a great and popular Dr. when I dont choose this office. But I will not let my experience with this pregnancy fall victim to a terrible office staff. You have to go to the Dr. a lot! I don't want my hormonal emotions to be all upset every time I go to the doctor because of a rude staff. It truly is a shame that a Doctor with such great reviews has to be tied to a staff that is so widely known to be so terrible and rude.

Very sweet Doctor & makes you feel like she sincerely cares for your well being. Its a shame points are deducted for the horrible "Cruella Deville" lady at the front desk. She is unprofessional by talking about insurance matters where public can hear & very blunt & rude with her tone. Such a shame for a very nice Doctor office & pleasant staff!
