I went to Dr. Light's office today and I was shocked by how unprofessional she and her staff are. When I arrived there they asked me if I had filled out the health questioner and I really didn't had time to do that, since I scheduled that appointment a few days ago and it has been really busy! Anyways, I told them I really didn't get a chance and I can answer any questions now! They said ok we will ask Dr. Light and to my surprise she said NO!that I have to schedule another appointment! She refused to see me or either let me fill out the questioner then! I had to take off from work and use my vacation time to be there! I wasn't even there to get a professional opinion! I was there to see her and see if I would like to change my current OB. I was really disappointed! I'm in medical field myself and this was the first time I see a doctor refuse to see a patient just because she hasn't filled out some stupid questioner! And on top of that refuse to give her a chance to fill it out there!

She helped us felt at ease- listened to every word we said- was extremely professional, polite, and was so very friendly with us. Incredibly sympathetic for our struggles to get pregnant. the unimaginable happened and we experienced a end of the first trimester miscarriage where I started to hemorrhage and had to be taken for emergency surgery. Dr. light dropped everything from her schedule-took me to the OR- eased our anxieties, fears, and helped with the pain. When we started to try again she collaborated with specialists, followed up with us (even called us herself), and always made my husband and I feel like we were working WITH her as a team.I have never felt rushed and can see why she is a long wait (she has spent over an hour with us) and she apparently must do this routinely. I am so incredibly impressed with her but Natalie Light is amazing. She is hopeful (but honest) and I highly recommend her as a doctor.

I wish I lived here! My daughter is resting comfortably tonight after surgery to remove a paratubal cyst that had torsion. She is a junior at SMU, in finals but in debilitating pain the last 15 days. I flew from California, once a medical professional for 30 years, and was dumbfounded by the kindness, thoroughness, time and attention that was paid to my daughter when she was alone and scared, and to me once I arrived. If she has any comments about tardiness, be kind. She spent over 3 hours yesterday explaining the procedure to a frightened daughter and was very thorough with her post surgical explanation (with accompanying photos) for me. She is my daughters new doctor while attending school and living in Dallas! A gem. Very rare finding a doctor like this nowadays! Love her!

Dr. Light is great! I am a nurse and asked the OB nurses what Dr I should use and they recommended Dr light. She deliveref my baby boy and saved me from having a c section when the baby was stuck behind my pelvic bone. Any other Dr would have done a stat c section but she got the baby out safely! You will.wait a bit because she is a talker, just make an earlier appt!

I love her for all the help she has given me and my family that I refered to her. She delivered my baby last year and my sister's this year. She did a wonderful job. She is very caring and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. I will recommend her to any woman. She is the best doctor I have found since I've been in Texas(10 yrs). Other people says she makes you wait a little bit, well with me I never had to wait. What ever insurance carier I have I will make sure she can be my doctor before I choose my insurance plan. I love you very much. See you soon.

Dr. Light is a great doctor. She's extremely friendly and takes as much time as you need during all appointments. Which could be a factor in running late on some appointments but I think that should be expected at a busy ob/gyn practice and I would rather wait and feel like I have her full, undivided attention and can ask as many questions as I want then to be rushed through. I will be a patient as long as she's practicing. She delivered my daughter after being on call that night and it was her day off. What other doctor comes in on their day off???? That's why she's so great and worth any wait!

She is a wonderful doctor. Takes her time with you. Very informative. BUT!!! She does not keep her appointment times. I almost always had to wait. Twice I waited over 2 hours. She is very nice though.

Dr.Light is a great listener and makes you feel comfortable from the moment she walks in the room! Have nothing but great things to say about her. I have refered her to several of my friends.
