I thought it was a simple decision to put braces on my teen. She was resigned to wear them and couldn't wait. We were told by the dentist that he would have to pull 5 of her teeth and wear the braces for about 3 years. I asked about the alternative of invisalign and if my daughter would be a good candidate. He didn't think it was a good idea and was pushing for braces. Since my husband is a physician and encourages second opinions with his patients, we decided to do our own research. We found Dr. Carter and were impressed with her knowledge, thorough examination and compassion. My daughter has been wearing Invisalign for almost 9 months and we can see a dramatic difference. She will only need to wear invisalign for 2 years and she was able to keep all of her permanent teeth and will have the problem with her jaw corrected. The cost of invisalign over braces were very comparable. We were so happy with Dr. Carter, we moved the whole family to see her!

Dr Carter is an amazingly knowledgeable doctor. She explains everything she is doing, and why she is doing it - not only offering what procedures are necessary, but explaining why using her clinical experience, diagrams, the anatomy of the area, nerves, etc. She explains everything in easy-to-understand terms, and breaks everything down to the anatomy of the area. She is also the most compassionate doctor I have ever encountered. I told her about seemingly unrelated neurological symptoms I've been dealing with (migraines, teeth clicking, neck and shoulder pain, vision and hearing problems, etc) and she asked to xray my jaw. Sure enough, my TM joint is completely worn down, causing all these problems! She can cure the TMJ problems, and halt the damage to my teeth (chipping, thinning) and jaw. Not only that, but she is doing it with Invisalgn (no painful wires) and at a discount! What a fabulous woman - I highly recommend her for her knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her patients!

Dr Carter has helped me with tow of my children's teeth and I have experienced only wonderful, knowledgeable expertise in every encounter with her staff and with her as a Dentist. When I was looking for someone in my area to do what she does I did not know her. We quickly found ourselves feeling like we were best friends since childhood. She is warm, sincere and a great listener. The procedure I wanted is not a common one in Dentistry yet. She listened to me and understood exactly what my goals were for my children and made her professional recommendations. The results were ideal. One of my children that she has been treating has Down Syndrome and is not always cooperative and is unpredictable. She took that with a grain of salt and fell in love with him. He will do anything for her now. He has achieved miracle results in his bite that other Dentists marvel at. Thank you Dr Carter for being there for my family's dental needs!!

Dr Carter is a wonderful doctor. She is truly compassionate for her patients: she worked with us to find a way to pay for a root canal, she has offered continuing care for free because she understands our financial situation. She was able to finally find the root of my horrible migraines. She is so friendly; she knows all her patients and genuinely cares for their wellbeing.

The best Dentist I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Carter has decades of experience and knows more than most dentists. Anyone giving her negative reviews means that they owe her money or have tried to rip her off in some fashion.

Dr. Carter did an amazing job on my daughter's teeth.My daughter was a beautiful baby and she as grew to teenager years she lost her beauty because of her teeth. Dr. Carter used invisalign to correct her allignment and bite. She has got back the looks she lost. Dr. Carter would be our family dentist as long as she is in practice.
