Do not care about patients. Ok for her to keep patients waiting 30-40 minutes but refused to see patients when they are just a tad late. More interested in keeping schedule than taking care of patient medical issues. Not even available on the phone and refused flat out to call to follow up. The office manager, David Harvey was rude, indifferent and lack compassion.

She does not like to help people if needed. She can really hurt people. I wish I had never heard of
her.

I have been going to Dr. Roark for years and have never come across any problems. She's always been very attentive, friendly and answered whatever questions I've had. She does seem to be behind in appts., but what doctor isn't?

This has to be one of the most irresponsible Dr.s I have ever had. Had me on 13 medications which she never filled on time. She would write them wrong. I had a staph virus and she did NOTHING I had to go to another Dr. I had ecoli and she did nothing, ended up in the hospital that night. Many times she diagnosed me wrong and I ended up in ER and they could not get a hold of her at all. When I went back, she never followed up with th ER issues! I believe she lacks the respect of her peers. From cardiologists to Oncology Dr.s the best of the best Top Doc's tell me to get a REAL DR. From talking to her fired nurse I feel she has told me to do things that are not safe (med-wise) She has to be thee MOST unethical physician I have ever had. She lied repeatedly to me & I hope she will realize. (she can b nice so i could ignore it) BUT last conversation she was rude & even crude, sad, truly sad. I questioned her treatment (or lack thereof) she stomped away like a child. THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE

I cant deny I was unhappy with this physicians care. I went to her in order for her to refill my prescription for my thyroid. She took bloodwork, had them sent to the lab, sent me the results but didnt bother to call the pharmacy for a refill. I had to call her to remind her when this was a primary reason why I went to see her. She also tested me for diabetes and those results were high. I didnt get a referral for a specialist. I asked about getting a mammogram, all I got was the response "we dont do that here". It would be nice to know where I could get one. This is my health we are talking about and I know that between my thyroid and diabetes, I could be heading towards some dangerous ground. Not to mention breast cancer which runs rampant in my family and she knew this. Her lack of apparent concern has made my first visit with her my last.
