Terrible staff. Frustrated that I had to see Dr. Ames for follow up visits. My insurance only pays for so many.

Sh is a super sweet caring doctor. The only complaint I have is her terrible staff! Tonya was rude and hung up on me while canceling a doctors appointment and then turns around and bills me for a "no show" I called them and they did nothing for this reason I will never be returning. I will also be writing a letter to the doctor letting her know why.

I have been so happy with Dr. Gordon- Ames. Her care for me has been obvious and she has worked diligently with me to find the correct medication that will work for me. She spends the time to educate me on what I am taking and how it will help. I feel fortunate to have found her and would recommend her.

I don't understand why this doctor practices. I had to see her because my primary dr. was on vacation. She put me in the hospital, ran NO tests over the weekend and just let me lay there. She released me on Sunday night, on Thursday I was back at the dr. office being READMITTED from another dr. because she did nothing while I was in the hospital. IT was obvious she did not want to ever admit me in the first place. I watched the dr. yell at her through the door because of the medical issue I was having. I then was readmitted from another dr. for an additional five days where they ran tests and found out what was wrong with me. If I had stayed with Dr. Gordon Ames, I'd still be losing weight, vomiting and suffering because she absolutely has no care towards people at all. I was happy to see that she moved offices, but was wondering if she would just quit since her heart doesn't seem to want to take care of patients.
