No empathy, causes more harm than help! Went to office for assistance with medication, left as helpless as when I had my head injury. Didn't have the time to know who I was or why I was there. Felt like I was a burden to her and a waste of her time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sheba Khalid since June, 2007. Her plan of treatment for my depression changed my life. I was impressed, and continue to be impressed with her knowledge of my disease, plan of treatment, and medical management suggestions. I still remember my hour long first appointment with her. She explained my potential diagnosis, and what outcomesI could expect with different medical management options from Bupropion and Lamictal. I listened to her suggestions, and closely followed her instructions. Dr. Khalid explained depression is a disease that sometimes tells patients"they're alright", when they're not, and to watch for unusual mood changes, bouts of anxiety or other potential side effects. I followed her plan of treatment, and I didn't deviate from the medication dosages prescribed to treat my depression. I also didn't go on /off my medication and I was honest with how I felt. Dr. Khalid doesn't have "at a glance mood assessment" skills, as a patient of hers I was honest in telling her the way I felt, and she never judged me. Dr. Khalid's medical management treatment plan has changed my life to the degree I could open a successful business, maintain friendships, manage family stress, and feel normal again. I've never had any more than a 5-10 minute wait for an appointment with Dr. Khalid, and know if she's running late, it's probably because she's fit a patient having problems into her schedule (as she's done for me). Her Front Office staff have always been pleasant to work with, and I've also liked the Nurse Practitioners I've seen at her clinic. Since 2007, I think I've only seen her Nurse Practitioner two or three times. I've also never had a billing issue, nor received poor service from her front office staff. When I've left a message for Dr. Khalid, she's returned the call herself. I can't think of a negative thing to say about Dr. Khalid and have referred employees, family, friends, and clients to her.

This office staff is rude and very unfriendly. They are always very short on the phone. They also charged me TWICE for a no show appointment. I didn't even know I had an appointment. They charged me over the phone and sent me a statement. The Dr. Is fine, I guess, although she does not give patients much time. Her office staff makes you feel horrible if you ask any questions of them. Every time I was there was bad.

I made an awful decision by choosing this doctor. The staff is extremely rude and the doctor doesn't give a care at all about her patients! Awful experience.

My Wife was seeing Khalid for panic/anxiety disorder and MDD. Glorified pill pusher. When my Wife called to make an appointment she was informed that her file was closed because she had not been in since 05/14. Our oldest son died in 07/14, she calls in the middle of the funeral and her attitude was snarky, dismissive. and out and out rude and unprofessional. Her office Staff comes across as ignorant and uneducated When the office was called about the abandonment issues the hung up on both my wife and me. In my opinion this individual needs to return to wherever she sprang from
