I have been a patient of Dr.Epremian for 8 years. She provided me with excellent health care. Her expert medical knowledge has brought me back to health. She is very approachable. She listens to my medical issues and provides remedies that make my quality of life better. Her staff is excellent as well. If I need an appointment made or changed she will gladly make the change. I would gladly recommend this medical office.

I was having migraines and asked for a sick excuse for work for the 2 days I had missed. The receptionist said maybe I needed a psychiatrist instead. I was so angry I hung up the phone, composed myself, and called back. Dr. Epremian finally agreed to write the note. When I picked it up at the office she asked for $20 in cash for it, then handed the $20 bill to the secretary and told her it was "coffee money". They both chuckled...I did not.

I have been going to Dr. Epremian for over ten years. I would agree with the comments regarding her not returning your call herself. She can be a bite smart mounthed as well. Once we were going back and forth and could not believe how she was speaking to me. I do not feel that she appreciates us her clients. However, I do find that she has a great deal of knowledge. However, after reading serveral options that have had the same experience that I have had I am going to look for a new doctor. Their are too many doctors and taking the roles they play seriously and you only have one body and one life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epremain for several years, but have decided to switch doctors. My experience has been that the quality of her care has decreased over the past few years and she has become less attentive. She rarely returns phone calls and instead relies on her receptionist to relay medical questions and advice. Twice this year, the receptionist gave me incorrect information, including a message that a test result was negative when it was actually positive and required antibiotics asap.

If I were dying I wouldn't go to this "Doctor". Was having severe symptoms impacting my life and she blew me off. Didn't return calls with blood tests, didn't make me feel like she was interested in helping me get to the bottom of what was going on. Talks down to you and don't ask questions or you will get attitude like you are challenging her. I was really outraged by her treatment.

I have seen her on several occassions and was not pleased with her services. Dr. Epremian does not return your calls and appears to be saucy at times. On one visit I waited nearly an hour only to be seen for a 6 minutes. Her office assistants are young and impolite with no basic medical knowledge. I do not recommend her at all.
