I requested a blood test for my daughter and never recieved the results. When I called to inquire about the results, I was told that my daughter would have to come back in, in essence, pay for another appointment just to get test results. Very unprofessional and the wait is horrible. I have since found a new doctor for my daughter.

Although she is my children's doctor we have never meet her. Dr. Sonji Chinigozi she is a great doctor she is the one we always see (very loving). This office has great doctors but a very unorganized, rude, very bad staff. There is no reason to make an appointment, because you will be there a good 5 hours waiting in line with the walk ins. But if you are looking for a great doctor who really cares about children. Ask for Dr. Sonji Chinigozi who seems to be taking all of Dr. Gwandiku's patients by defalt.
