I have recommended Dr. Parnell to a number of people looking for an orthopedic doctor. He has been my doctor for 7 years and a few surgeries and I would not trade Dr. Parnell for any other orthopedic.

You can stop looking for your doctor. This guy is it. He is what you want in your healer. You're not just a patient with him; you're THE patient. He's sincerely interested in your problem, and has a great attitude. The only surprise is that his front office staff (the one that actually interacts with the patient in the waiting room) isn't friendlier. Don't try to make small talk with them (her), they're not interested. But, at least they aren't rude. In the medical community these days, that's almost a plus. But don't let that keep you from going to Dr. Parnell. You won't regret it.

This guy is great very good bedside manners easy to talk to. explains everything from pre-op to post-op office staff is always helpful i love this guy.

The surgery was easy and went very smooth. The doctor was awesome! He was thorough in his explanations and scheduled the surgery for 7 days after the exam. He works at the hospital, also, and he checked with the insurance company to see if which facility would be cheaper for the surgery. The other person to rate him must have caught him on a bad day because this doctor is great. We highly recommend him.

This guy is a typically arrogant jacka*s. All he wanted to talk about was himself, his trips to Hawaii, Canada, etc. When I asked questions, his answers were mumbles, or incoherent jibberish, and you could tell he would rather dodge the issue than talk about something he knew little about. A real jerk.
