He is the most compassionate doctor and person I have ever known. He has always taken care of me and my husband in the best way. He saved my life in 2004 when I had pneumonia and have always been able to see him when I start getting sick and not wait for a week for an appointment. His staff are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Candi is absolutely the nicest and concerned person ever. Any physician will be very lucky to have Candi in his office. We have been seeing him for 18 years and I can't imagine not having him as our physician. He has been a blessing to me and my family. Absolutely adorn him. He is a great physician and human being.

One of the most intelligent Dr.'s I've ever used. Concerned, genuine and easy to talk to. However, since his 3 month sabatical that he took this year, 2012, with absolutely no explanation and a great deal of "secrecy" and "Strange" behavior from his staff, something is very different now when in his office for a visit. He appears to be somewhat disorganized and distracted for some reason. Whatever is going on, it would be great if he would let his patients know what is happening, like the 90 day sabatical without any notice to anyone, and all the secrecy with the staff. There seems to be something different about him now since he has come back. Honestly, less of a genuine concern for patients that have been with him for years, and less than what I am personally used to from him as my Physician. Regardless of what is going on in his life, either personal or professional, he is still the best Internist in the State in my opinion.

Dr. Piland has the potential to be the best physician in the state if he would concentrate on his practice; however, I sometimes feel that some of my legitimate health concerns are not attended to. He is always courteous.

Dr. Piland is a very knowledgeable physician, but his staff is not punctual at getting patients information and appointments. He is very busy, with many jobs other than being a family physician. It can be difficult to slow him down and get the full attention you need.
