I hesitate to do this. I adore the Doctors that are in that practice. MOST of them. Unfortunately, she's not one of them. My son was showing signs of a disability. I am the one that brought it to her attention, and she said I was "wrong." I had to push for a referral. Thank God I did, because he ended up being severely so. She's one of those people who feels as if being a Doctor means she's right. Doctors are NOT Gods. Thankfully, her ineptness and appalling lack of knowledge about a growing problem in our Country led me to our new Doctor. Don't let one bad apple ruin the bunch!!

She was rude and controlling. When I asked "why" she needed to do something that my son didn't want her to do, she took it as a threat. She did not try to be reassuring or give any information she just said "it's my job!" When I declined the procedure she said I need to find another doctor. In addition, we waited 40 minutes in the lobby and an hour total before we even got to see Dr England.

Friendly but every time I have to take my kid in he doesn't get the proper medical care/treatment

Always friendly and very helpfull. Has time to answer questions and kids love her. She is very sweet and kind. Her office is run very efficiently and staff is very friendly. I have had to make emergency visits and they always got me in at some point that day.

Dr. Englund is a very good physician. I have been seeing her for 2 years plus and find her to truly care about her patient's health and well being. This year, my cholesterol was found to be elevated to 285 and since I did not want to take a statin to reduce the total cholesterol, Dr. Englund worked with me to develop a plan to reduce the cholesterol without a statin. Last blood test showed a total cholesterol of 172. She is great!

We had a meet and greet with the doctor. Not very friendly and talked down as if we were asking stupid questions. We would not recommend Dr England as she was not friendly at all. It seemed as she didn't really want to talk to us. The environment is not very nice or welcoming and the staff did not acknowledge us. Do not waist your time with her. If you are looking around the same area look at Healing Hearts Pediatrics they have great staff and great doctors.

I came in with a sick child and asked for a strep test. She brushed off my concern. The following day I had to rush my daughter to Urgent Care and found out that she did indeed have Strep that progressed to Scarlet Fever. I will never take my children back there.

I enjoy working with Dr England, but her office is always running behind. Last time I was there for my sons 6 month check up, we waited 10 minutes in the lobby, 10 minutes in the room for her, and then another 20 minutes until I went out and ask how long it would be. She forgot to tell the nurse my son was ready for shots.

Dr. England kept my daughter on antibiotics for so long that her tongue turned black. We should have been referred to an ear specialist instead. Dr. England didn't show us that she was truely interested in our daughters health.

I love her. she was great with my son and compassionate when i lost him. I would trust her unquestionably again.
