Horrible! Saw a tumor on my MRI! Asked me about it - I had no idea I had it! When I started to cry - he left the room!

Almost killed me and then would just send in PAs to see me after a 2nd emergency operation to repair a severe leak from 1st surgery. Avoid. Apparently it's a pattern that's developing with his patients.

I had an appointment with Dr Keifer today. I did have to wait quite awhile because he was running behind. However, he apologized profusely and spent alot of time explaining my results and answering all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Would recommend him.

Seems arrogant. Gave me the impression that he would rather be somewhere else. Didn't seem concerned about my issues because they didn't seem 'all that serious. Not sure I would recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with dr. Keifer. He listened to my concerns, understood I was in pain and tried other options before suggesting surgery. I had a 2 level acdf surgery in August 2016 and my horrible nerve pain was immediately gone and hasn’t returned. I may need more surgeries in the future and will go back to him.
