Dr. Cieslak needs to work on his kindness towards others. He does not have a good bedside manner. When a Doctor can talk about the patient in a ugly manner while he is beside the patient is not professional. No matter how good he is at what he does. Kindness towards others goes a long way. I was put to sleep with out being told when they were going inject it. When I woke I never saw the doctor and no one gave me any instructions for after surgery, before or after they put me out. No one ever called to check on me either. The staff on the other hand was amazing! Couldn’t ask for better girls!

Dr. Cieslak is absolutely the best! Had my wisdom teeth cut out and I'd have to say, that was the easiest surgery ever! He out my worries to ease. I have never had a surgery before, so you would know that I was terrified going into it. His staff was so kind and gentle. One of the assistants had a hard time trying to do an IV on me, so she asked another assistant if she wouldn't mind to help. I tell you what, she was the nicest out of all of them. She found a vein that she said would probably sting, but she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She was just wonderful! She made me forget she was placing an IV in my wrist! Surgery was a breeze and they were very thorough with post op. I even received a phone call the next day checking on me! What other office even cares enough to do that!!??
I highly recommend Dr Cieslak and his staff :)

This man is very talented and dedicated to seeing to the needs of his patients!!! He is not your run of the mill dentist he is a trained surgeon and takes the necessary time to ensure both the comfort or the patient first and that the procedure he is doing is done correctly second. I first went to him 10 years ago and he did 4 implants for me and I was awake during the procedure and he was constantly asking if I was comfortable. I just went back in November of 2014 and he did more implants one failed and he replaced it without any extra cost to me, how many dentists do that?? If you ask him questions he listens and gives you the best possible answer or finds an answer for you. His staff is warm and caring and have never had to wait long for an appointment. I don't like dentist but this one changed my mind about that and he is the only one I would go to now.
I've read some of the reviews others have left and find them inaccurate when they complain about late appointments being as the office does way more than clean your teeth, it's a surgical center after all. The office staff are always busy and the office is usually packed so he cannot be as horrible as people have described. (I know personally he isn't and his sense of humor is intact as well)

I have been going to Dr. Cieslak for different things over the years and he even came in on a week end once when I had an emergency. I am in my 50's and insurance co pays are now and have always been paid the day of service in every state I have ever lived in so that person is an idiot. I did once have to wait an hour but it is a surgical center now just teeth cleaning and what not. The Lady at the window continued to tell us all a surgery in progress was much more involved than they had expected, and was very apologetic. I sure would not want him to rush through on me, my son, or grandchildren when they are old enough.

The staff was funny relaxed even playful maybe that rubs some people the wrong way but I would sure rather have that than dry stuffy crew.

I had a good experience here. I was sort of a short notice patient who needed my wisdom teeth extracted before the end of the year. i had 3 weeks to get it done. i called other oral surgeons but none could fit me in. Dr Cieslak's staff fit me in the same week I called because i told them of my situation. sure, i had to wait a little bit but they were doing me a favor. i asked to pass the consultation because i wanted to get this over with. They were very nice and supportive of what i wanted. The doctor came in, checked me out the next thing i know i woke up without my wisdom teeth. that's how i wanted it, quick and easy. i wanted to get out of there and start healing and they knew it. The doctor was great and the staff was even better

Terrible experience. Dr was late and then rushed through procedure. Didn't care for his attitude.

I tried to schedule my wisdom tooth extractions and had to call the 4 times and talked to two different people who obviously didn't communicate. I called to confirm my appointment the day before and they told me I wasn't even on the schedule and they were booked, then went into the office the day of surgery and the nurse told me they had lost ALL of my paperwork and x-rays I had faxed them. I had to fill everything out again. I was literally sitting in the chair moments before my surgery WITH THE IV IN MY ARM and they told me my insurance wouldn't cover my surgery. I called Anthem myself with the IV still stuck in my arm and of course the insurance co. told me they would cover it and had spoken to Dr. Cieslak's office twice about it to confirm. The office assistant couldn't even remember she had talked to them twice. Met the doctor 5 min before surgery. He had never seen my x-rays before, but I had sent them two weeks prior to surgery.Awful experience. Didn't see the doc after surgery.
