Well seems I am the only one smart enough to know he is a surgeon not a dentist. All you need to do is visit his public Facebook page or his website and see that he goes well out of his way even to fix other peoples mistakes. I was there yesterday and even heard him fit in another oralsurgeons patient to remove bone fragments they were told would work there way out. We do talk to each other whe we wait. All I can say is they were awesome and to the girls thanks for putting on the basketball game too

I can not believe the review I just saw! Dr Cieslak and his whole staff were great and not just to me but I saw how they were with people before me as well as when I have been in before. I am still healing now from my implant surgery and I have had to wait before but this is surgery and anything can happen. I felt that if my surgery had been more difficult than expected he would take all the time he needed to do it right. It is so funny how some people don't try and see it from both sides, just me, me, me. I will be back and I will refer my friends.

I had to wait a little bit, but that's OK. I don't want them rushing on my surgery just to be on time. Maybe that's why that lady felt rushed. They were trying to get her the hell out of the office. I know I got written post op instructions. Maybe your husband lost them or was'nt paying attention. Nah! Some people just like to **** or they think they're better than everyone else. I had a great experience and was treated with great care. Dr Cieslak has a dry humor, but you have to be smart to get it!

I waited almost three hours in the waiting room before I was taken back to a room, I could see 30 min maybe an hour, but 3? My insurance has no copay, with my insurance they bill the insurance first and then we get a bill for the rest, but yet they somehow decided what we owed and had us pay at time of service, which kinda ticked me off the way they handled it, but oh well so I went ahead and paid them. I watched a video of what was going to happen, dr came in asked if i had any questions, which was okay but he seemed condesending, and i was super nervous. They could not properly insert an iv, i was poked twice which left bruses. When i woke up after the surgery, all i can remember is feeling rushed out the door. no one helped my husband carry me out. They didnt discuss post op care with my husband, or give me a water pik or something like that to clean the holes in my mouth. So I wasnt very impressed, seems like they have a lot to work on at this practice.
