I chose Dr. Grant because I want a doctor that could do all of my visits. The first time (Oct) I went for a well woman visit, no issues. In Dec I got sick ended up in the ER followed up with Dr. Grant who only re-prescribed another set of antibiotics as I had just completed a 7 day supply from the ER. Went back again for the same illness a few days later still no answers, ans when you ask her a question all she can say it "it normal" what the **** is normal about running a daily temp of 100.3 and higher and to be in pain, I can at least google my condition and come up with some kind of diagnosis instead of chalking everything up to "it's normal." She is a total disgrace to female doctors, I wouldn't allow her to treat my poodle.

I feel like a herded sheep when I see Dr. Grant. Her staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. Just today her assistant shouted at me from another room about my medication, I do not want the world knowing what medication I am on. My appointment was at 9:20 which I was 15 minutes early to. After being moved from one exam room to another I finally got to see the Dr at 10:30, for less than 5 minutes most of which she spent typing on the computer. After she left another assistant came into the room calling me by different patents name and began to tell me about his specialist appointment. I don't feel like I have a face just dollar sign.

I took my aunt to dr grant, she is 85 and looked like she was dying she hadn't eaten In a week, vimmiting and shortness of breath., they weighed her she weighs 104. We waited in the room for about 45 minutes dr grant finally came in, sat down with a pen and asked 4 question for insurance purposes, got up and said see you in a year!!! I was in shock, the nurse then came back in and asked if she gave us the prescription? What prescription? The NURSE told us my aunt had a uti, she yells DR G!! (Door wide open) dr grant comes in and the nurse tells her did u see her chart she has a UTI,? Oh well she didn't say anything just give her name of med and was on her way, she is the worst doctor I've ever seen, rude, uncaring, I do NOT recommend her to anyone, I hope she reads this, DR GRant, YOUR FIRED!

I'm writing this review to warn people about this doctor and her staff. I recently moved to the area and went to see this doctor to have a routine physical and hoped to have a primary care
physician. The walls at the office are paper thin, so you can hear the patients in the rooms next to you. The doctor and nurse were talking about me right outside the door to my room, and the
doctor seemed annoyed that I wanted to question a medication she had prescribed for me. The person drawing my blood was inexperienced and had trouble with me. I've never had any
nurse or technician have trouble getting my blood. They did not transcribe my address correctly. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy in another city! It was such a
hassle to get them on the phone to correct this. The final straw was today- I received my blood
tests results in the mail- and the envelope wasn't even sealed!!!! Please do not bother with this
doctor or this clinic. They obviously have trouble providing care to patients.

I tried to give Dr. Grant the benefit of the doubt after having read so many bad reviews. My appointment was at 12pm. I was asked to be there at 11:30 as I would have been a new patient. I showed up at exactly 11:30am. I filled out the paperwork and at 12pm they took me back to the examining room. A nurse came and took my history, all in 5 minutes and was told the dr. would be in shortly. At 12:45 pm, I left the examining room and went back to the lobby and requested my co payment back and that my records be deleted as I will not be using Dr. Grant as my dr. She never showed up in the room! The staff is not the most courteous either. There is a REASON why so may, including myself, have posted poor reviews for Dr. Grant. If time is of the essence, this is not the dr. for you. When I make an appointment with a client I am there..ON TIME!

My mother was under Ms. Grant's care (if you can call it care). She was THE WORSE doctor I've ever experienced. I had to go on visits with my mom because of her dementia. The only thing Ms. Grant did was write prescriptions. Never listened or acted concerned. She usually spent less than 10 minutes. The only time my mother got any decent treatment was when she saw the nurse practicioner. SAD - wouldn't send a dog to her.
