Dr. Grant is AWFUL! I only see her when Dr. Winn is gone and I can't wait. She has a book, not making this up, called "How to see a patient in less than 5 minutes". She is rude, unprofessional and a nightmare of a doctor. My husband goes to Carenow if she is the only Dr. available and we live right around the corner. She is patronizing and speaks to you like you are a stupid child. I had to see her today, its the third time I have had the displeasure. I will NOT be going again.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Grant is an extremely good doctor. People say they felt rushed, but I appreciate being in & out quickly with an accurate diagnosis. She's not rude at all, she's very businesslike and professional. I'll never use anyone else. She's awesome, and the people I've referred to her all agree. -M Hiley

I went to see Dr. Grant yesterday. She was in and out so quick. I spent more time with the nurse asking a million question. Not one time did the nurse smile are act concerned about my problems. I felt like I was being rushed. I paid my copay which is $25 and she was not worth 50cents. I wasted my lunch hour. Never again will I see her. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND HER TO NO ONE.

If Dr.'s had "secret shopper" analogues this woman would be waiting on tables. Oh, wait....then she would have to interact with customers. That wouldn't work. She is not only the worst Dr. I have met but a really uncaring human. Her staff (especially nurse) is equally nasty. I don't have the adjectives to describe how bad she is. Don't even consider it.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I wasted my money. Dr. Grant and her staff are rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of compassion or customer/patient service, and I would not recommend them for ANYTHING. I spend more time waiting for Dr. Grant to see me than the actual time we spend talking. She's always in a hurry to rush out of the door. The only reason I will go back is to request that my file be sent to a new doctor, I literally cannot take any more of their attitudes.

I've always had a great experience with Dr. Grant and her staff. She's direct and to-the-point, but never rude. She did a great job diagnosing something with me immediately that my last doctor couldn't figure out for 5 years. I strongly recommend Dr. Grant.

I went to see Dr. Grant over the course of about a year, after moving to Fort Worth, and finally decided to change doctors. The physician assistant was always rude and often acted unprofessional. Dr. Grant always seemed rushed and almost annoyed at answering any questions I had for her concerning my problems. I am not one of those that talks on and on to the doctor...I ask pertinent questions about my problems, meds, etc and then I am finished. After five minutes of her typing on the computer, she rushes out of the room. Once, I asked her a question about a sensitive medical problem and as she began answering me she opened the door and stood there with the door wide open letting anyone in earshot know about my personal medical problem. She may or may not be a competent doctor, but her bedside manner and the rude staff compelled me to look for a new GP. It is not that hard to find a polite, competent doctor in Fort Worth, so I suggest going elsewhere.

My mom has had gout for years not diagnosed for years (Pain in Right big toe) and swelling in right hand until she went to a rehab and they took blood & found high Uric level. Grant wanted to send her for an MRI.My mom has stainless steel knees (both) and a pacemaker. When her assistant makes small mistakes it is covered for immediately. While examination of Mom she totally ignores my questions and runs out of the room a fast as she can go.Mom has asthma and Dr. refuses to order an inhaler. Mom cannot walk but she will not write a prescription for an electric wheelchair.

The staff was friendly and sweet. However, Dr. Grant was not. She was rude! She didn't seem to listen to me at all. Also, I felt like she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being sick. When I was pregnant, I had got a staph infection on my earlobe. She ACTUALLY shook her head and told me I was endangering the life of my child. As if I did it on purpose! I have been to her office twice, but only because it was a Friday and I needed an appointment quickly. And, like I said, her staff was great.
