Terrific office! Dr. Violi was kind and understanding. He listened to me and took time to answer all my questions. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and felt absolutely no pain during or after surgery. I actually went back to work and worked the rest of the afternoon with no problems what so ever. His staff was delightful. And they took the time to go over my insurance benefits with me and explain my bill before anything was done. The office was very clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend Dr. Violi to all my family and friends.

DO NOT use this office. They quote one price, then once you have agreed to that price, received service and paid for the agreed amount they will send you a second bill for double and threaten to damage your credit by sending it to collections if you don't pay the doubled amount. When you call to discuss with the billing dept. the lady hangs up on you. Completely bizarre. Find a different office, using this office will come back to haunt you (financially)!

This dr. is awesome, he answers all the questions that are asked of him. I would recommend him to any one. He has also worked on all three of my children. My children also like him. He explained how to care for the site after surgery, I had no problems with it.

I saw Dr. Violi to have a skin growth on my lip removed for a biopsy. My initial consult was lengthy and Dr. Violi spent a good deal of time explaining the procedure and answering questions and discussing the consent form in great detail. Key instructions related to optimizing outcomes as far as healing time, minimizing scar tissue and scar visibility he was repetitive and ensured full understanding. During the procedure he discussed in detail about what we was going to do, asked multiple times throughout the procedure about my comfort level (I never felt any pain to include the numbing shot), and once the procedure was complete he talked in great detail about minimizing the risk of infection. The office was very clean and well organized, his assistant was wonderful, as are the rest of the staff. I was very happy with the care I recieved.

This doctor was very rude. Did not give me gas, though he charged me with it. Had problems with tooth after it was extracted. I have had other wisdom teeth removed without problems, not with him. I will never use his again.

He was the best oral surgeon I have been to. My experience was wonderful. He took great care of me and experience very little pain. He even called me that night to check on me. If anyone has a bad experience at this office they would have a bad experience at any office. The staff was great and helpful.

This was the worst dental appt ever. The Dr was 45 minutes late errogant and used such excessive force during the appointment that I had to seek medical treatment for a hand injury inflicted by the doctor. Dr pulled a tooth that he was not authorized to pull. There was nothing wrong with the tooth he pulled. He used to much force pulling the adjacent wisdom tooth. He offered no appology but did offer a discount on a implant. How nice of him. Talk to others about this Dr before using him. I would never recomend him
