I have been going to this practice for 21 years. Every doctor, nurse and professional staff member is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Cynthia Nassim is the founder and leader of the practice and is impressive in every way. Her attention to detail, expertise and sincere concern for her patients is wonderful. I offer my highest recommendation.

I had so much trouble with this office. Their staff are nothing but RUDE and LAZY. They were going to let my 5 week old daughter lay in pain with thrush when all they had to do was make one simple phone call to Medicaid to get pre-authorization to see her and give her a prescription. I ended up having to take her to an urgent care center. The reason I was given why they wouldn't call Medicaid to get permission to see her was because "they were guaranteed to get paid when they did that". Sickening. I had SEVERAL other problems with this office as well but there's not enough room here to fit it all!!! But, HONESTLY, RUN THE OTHER WAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!

I would never recommend Dr. Nassim and associates to anyone. We went there 3 times in one week and got different diagnosis and 3 different perscriptions. After that we switched doctors.
