Dr Jones saw my grandmother in the hospital. She had fallen 3 days before and dislocated her elbow. “Dr” Jones removed her hard splint she had been placed in in the ER after having the dislocation reduced and replaced it with an ace bandage and zero instruction as to how to care for it and said to follow up with him in a month. I decided against that and made her an appointment elsewhere where they discovered due to his arrogance and negligence her elbow had dislocated again. She is unable to use her right arm and is in a severe amount of pain. We should have listened to, literally, EVERYONE we know when they told us to stay away from him. He’s not even a good last resort, I would drive to Cleveland to find a Dr before I let him touch a member of my family again. Stay away from him at all costs.

Some of the nicest staff I have ever had in a doctors office. Dr. Ken is very good at what he does. He is the most popular orthopedic surgeon in the area.

Dr. Ken Jones is a Blessing from GOD. Dr Jones did rotator cuff surgery on me on Jan 19th 2012.My rotator cuff was a full-thickness tear of the rotator cuff. I never thought that i could ever use or get back my full use of my shoulder. I am 68 years old and Dr. Jones is truely a GREAT Surgeon. He uses new equipment on all his surgery's. I know this because i know that every STATE except New Jersey do not clean used equipment and there is matter left on the used equipment accoring to a investagation by the united states Medical Board. I am so Happy that i had DR. Ken Lones as my Surgeon, HE is truely a gift from GOD Thank You Lloyd Plotkin Vienna Ohio

I balance the wait time with the amount of time he gives me, and it comes out quite even. He replaced a knee for me, and gave me excellent follow up care. Even the fact that I am a medicaid patient didn't have a bearing on the amount of attention he gave. (sometimes I think it does for some doctors) I love my knee, and it went exactly the way, now 2 yrs later, that he said it would.

My overall experience with Dr Jones was phenomenal!! The office staff was friendly and the expertise of Dr Jones is second to none. I would highly recommend him for the minimally invasive hip surgery.

Horrible wait time. HAs averaged in excess of one hour prior to being seen. Yesterday I called ahead to ask what time I should arrive for my 3:00 pm appointment and was told to be there prior to 3 to fill out my "smiley sheet" and that I had to be there within 20 minutes of my appointment time or I would not be seen. I arrived at 2:55 and waited until 3:21 when I informed his staff that I had waited longer for him than he would wait for me and that I was leaving. Although he appears to be competent, the amount of time spent face to face sdoes not justify 1 hour wait times. Ther are other orthopeds available.
