I have been with this office for more than a year. It is amazing that how they treat customers. They treat us like we are bunch of low life people. About a month ago I paid half of my share for implant. Today after waiting for ten minutes in waiting room, as soon as my name is called in and I sat on the chair one of the staff members put a paper on my face to pay the rest. She reluctantly told me I can pay after the surgery, but it is better to pay now. I asked her who directed her to be like this, she said the office manger. I talked to the office manger and it seems like that this practice is directed by the Dr. himself. When I asked the office manger that why not calling me while I was waiting, I was told that they were short handed. But miraculously all paper work is ready as soon as I walk into the examination room!!
I even mentioned that we pay for a service. Where have you heard that anyone pays before services performed. The answer was simple: "We do this all the time and you are the first one complaining." No apology or any thing else.
I cancelled my appointment. But you might think that they will refund the money they have charged me right away. NO, I have to wait now.
Therefore my rating is ONE or even below.

An excellent dentist with a great staff. Everything was explained to me and I never felt pressured into getting procedures that were unnecessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Kam.

Cannot believe some of the previous ratings and things said about Dr. Kam. First of all procedures are recommended only when needed. If you think he does something for the money you do not know him. He only says what is needed just like he would tell him Mom. Yes, the office is busy and I believe that is a good thing. They are all good! Four general dentist so if there is one that you do not care for there are 3 others to chose from. Specialist that come to the office so you do not have to travel, how convenient is that! All of the Doctors participate with all PPO insurances. How many offices do that? The office is beautiful with all the latest equipment. I have never experienced any of the staff being unprofessional or having lack of experience. Very happy and would recommend to ALL ages!!!!!

Dr. Kam is very arrogant and has an air of being too busy to attend to his patients. His older, female assistant is very rude as well, especially toward young children. Overall, Dr. Kam will push you into fillings and crowns and will take shortcuts if his workmanship fails (drilling and polishing ill-fitting crowns rather than replacing them).Do not let him push unneeded services and products on you that he will not standby.

i had a great experience at this office. Th e staff is friendly and the hygienist was very gently. the dentist was very patient. my kids were treated with kindness and patience. the office is clean and up to date. i have recommended this office to family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Kam for years, he is the best dentist Ive been to, the work he did on my teeth was very good they looked like my real teeth. The girls that do the cleanings are also great I have been with a few different ones and all have been very nice and professional. All the staff seem warm and friendly and spend time to help me set up payment plans, I have recommended my friends to go there too.
