I have been seeing Dr. Gaynor for about 15 years. I couldnt possibly ask for a more loving, caring, compassionate doctor. As for his staff, unless something has changed in the last month, they have always been the upmost of kind to me.

Staff need training on people skills. The girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me. I work in customer service and they really need to learn better skills. I love the doctor, but, am looking for a better place to spend my time and money at.

When I arrived and introduced myself to the front desk staff I stated I was a new patient. I signed in and told the receptionist that my previous doctor mailed my records to them approx. 3 months ago. The receptionist looked at me and with an attitude states, "I don't even know WHO you ARE!" I said, "excuse me?" I couldn't believe what she said. She repeated "I don't even know WHO you ARE!" (not, excuse me, what is your name? or I'm sorry I didn't catch your name" just "I don't even know WHO you are!" I repeated my name and then she said, "Well, let me see your license and insurance card". I was taken aback by her rudeness. I let Dr. Gaynor know and he defended his receptionist. Oh well. Dr. Gaynor is awesome, if you can stomach the rudeness of his office staff.

We have been going to Dr. Gaynor since he started his practice in Orlando. He is truly one of a kind. There are not enough words to describe how great he is. Knowledgable, helpful, polite and goes behind what you would think a doctor would. Absolutely love him.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR YEARS AND COULD NOT SAY ANYTHING BUT ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT ALL THE STAFF AND DOC'S IN HIS OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN SEEING BETHANY FOR THE PAST COUPLE YEARS AND IM VERY PLEASED WITH HER EXTREME KNOWLEDGE AND BED SIDE MANNER. DR. GAYNOR IS TRULY A FIRST CLASS DOCTOR AS WELL AS A PERSON :)

Dr. Rob has been my physician for more than 10 years. He has treated me and seen me through a myriad of health problems. He has also been my kids doctor. My mom was also a patient and once, he saved her life when he visited her in the hospital and the attending surgeon missed some important problems she was having. I think he is wonderful. Caring, compassionate, kind, and supportive. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Gaynor and his staff are the best. They tell you what is wrong, they treat you respectfully, and I have never in 10 years been treated anything other than a valued patient. Even when my insurance was dropped, and I have paid cash, they have been the absolute best in town.
